FEATURES :

1.ONCE COMPLETED PROCESSING PROCEDURES:
This lathe with a multi-slide bed, developed especially to increase the range of the cutting radius and enhance control over precision.
The result is an overcoming of saddle interference with the tailstock and central support. It is feasible therefore to complete turning
operations in one smoother and more convenient process. This function is very popular with CNC lathe users.

2.THE SMOOTH INTERNAL DRIVE:
The ball screw which drives the saddle is housed between the second and third guide ways. This distributes stress dispersed
between the two ways which act as a dual brace. Unique to former configurations where the cutting tool would protrude from the
second guide way, this added stability yields higher precision for larger diameter turning.

3.CUTTING LARGE DIAMETER, MORE SOLID, SOPHISTICATED:
Because the saddle and tool rest travel along the second and third guide ways, cutting pressure on the tool is dispersed between
the two ways which act as a dual brace. Unique to former configurations where the cutting tool would protrude form the second guide
way, this added stability yields higher precision for larger diameter turnign.

4.INCREASE THE CUTTING SPEED AND STABILITY OF SLIDING:
When the cutting tool is shifted to the top or outside of the second guide way, the saddle and tool rest traveling along the second
and the third guide ways provide support to absorb torsion on the cutter. This innovation gives outstanding
stability and the accuracy.

5.AUTO. LUBRICATION SYSTEM:
Auto lubrication system is controlled by PLC; oil will feed fixed volume for X / Z-axes during operating. There are two judging ways
for feeding oils during operation. It will judge to feed oils automatically when cutting to a fixed length or machine's running to a fixed
time.


●Equipped Turret System
Equipped with high rigidity structure, & quick tool change. Equipped with 4-way turret or V8 hydraulic turret to go free maching
processing needs.
Equipped "double-cam-plate" for indexing mechanism, smooth with turbo-speed to turn the tool-disc, with compact design & high
durablity, suitable fo heavy cutting of precision.
Driving source per hydraulic to turning tool-disc, indexing and clamping / unclamping, precisely and correctly.
Smart selection of nearby tools, controlled via proximity-detector and PLC programming, no error of tool-disc change.

 

●Box-Bottom Bed Design
High - rigidity body structure, the main structures of all aircraft used high MEEHANITE material. One piece casting. Box at the bottom
of the design and strengthen their internal structure, raise the cutting strength of large workpiece.

 

●Tailstock
Self-Rotary quill, when the main spindle turns, the tailstock's quill turns simultaneously (synchrony) with the main spindle, which
lightens load while raising stability.
Mounted with taper roller baerings can bear heavy duty cutting.
The quill is hardened and precision ground, adopted worm gear type design for extending and retracting and matched with gear motor,
that is controlled easily and prevent the quill form retraction.
The main body of tailstock matched with gear motor can move smoothly.
The base of tailstock matched with rack equipment has an effect to prevent the tailstock body from retraction.
Original slanted screw and lock device with a positioning key ensure the stability of the work piece being processed.
Hydraulic quill or hydraulic tailstock with lock bolt are optional.

 

●R&D Innovation Structural Multi Guide Way
The bed is designed with 5 guide ways as follow figure.
Processing guide ways won't interfere with the guide way for workpiece.
The design of leadscrew set in the middle let the effect of saddle movement to be more smoother.
Special design for Apron Support guide way provide cutting capacity with heavier load.
The leadscrew for lathe over 4 meter is equipped with extra linear way to strength the support capacity, increase the processing
accuracy, and lower down the abrasion of ball screws.
